Why can't I upload my video?
If your video isn't uploading, it could be due to a weak internet connection, an unsupported video format, or a problem with the app. Please follow the Fixing Video Upload Errors troubleshooting guide above for more details.
How do I know if my video upload was successful?
After uploading, you should see a confirmation message or progress bar. If there’s an error, you’ll typically be shown an error code or message with instructions on how to resolve it.
I’m getting an error when uploading videos to my page—what should I do?
Ensure you’re an admin of the page you’re uploading to. Non-admin users may not have the necessary permissions to post videos. If you’re the admin, check your internet connection and file format/size.
What do I do if I can’t see my post on social media after uploading?
Sometimes it can take a few minutes for your post to appear, depending on the platform. If it hasn’t shown up after a while, check your connection and try uploading again. You can also check your social media account’s notification or activity feed to verify the post.
Can I schedule my video uploads?
Currently, Soutle doesn't support scheduling uploads. However, once your video is ready, you can post it immediately to your social media accounts.
