Navigating The Dashboard

Once you log into Soutle, you’ll land on your Dashboard — your central hub for everything! Let’s walk you through the different sections you’ll find here.

Top Bar:

• Credits: At the top, you’ll see the amount of credits you have (you get 10 credits every month on the free plan). If you need more credits, just hover over this icon and you’ll see the option to top up.

• Help Icon: If you ever need assistance or have questions, simply click the Help icon to contact our support team. We're here to help you every step of the way!

• Notifications Icon: This icon displays any new updates or alerts about your account. Click it to stay up-to-date.

• User Avatar: In this section, you can access your account settings, manage your billing information, or log out of your account when you’re done.

Under the Top Bar:

• Generate Video: Below the top bar, you’ll find a field where you can enter a video title or topic. After entering your desired title or topic, just hit Generate, and Soutle will create a video for you based on the information provided. We’ll discuss the specifics of video creation and editing in the Creating and Editing Videos section.

Centre of the dashboard:

• Recent Videos: In the middle of your dashboard, you’ll see all your recently created videos. From here, you can quickly view, edit, or share your videos.
  
  

Left Sidebar:

This sidebar houses several important options that help you manage your videos, account, and social media channels.

• Dashboard:

The main page of your account, where you can generate new videos. See more information about the dashboard in the “Navigating the dashboard” section above.

• Videos:

Here, you’ll find all the video projects you’ve worked on. You can also create new videos from this section. It’s your video library and workspace, all in one.

• Series:

This is where you can create a video series that automatically posts to your social media platforms in a sequence. It’s a great way to plan and schedule content ahead of time for consistent posting.

• Channels:

In the Channels tab, you can manage all the social media accounts connected to Soutle. This includes platforms like Instagram and Facebook, making it easy to connect, disconnect, and manage your profiles for video sharing.

• Settings:

The Settings section allows you to manage everything about your account. Here’s what you can do:

• Account Settings: Update your account details (like email and password).

• Billing Information: View or update your subscription plan and payment details.

• Notification Preferences: You can customize how and when you receive updates from Soutle, ensuring you stay informed without clutter.

With Soutle, everything you need to create, manage, and share videos is at your fingertips. Whether you’re starting a new video project, managing your social media accounts, or tweaking your preferences, the Soutle Dashboard puts you in full control of your creative journey.
