You can choose to pay for your subscription in either USD (Dollar) or NGN (Naira) during the subscription process. However, if you are on an active subscription, you won’t be able to change the currency you subscribed with until you cancel your current subscription. Once canceled, you can choose to subscribe again using your preferred currency.Do unused credits roll over?
Yes, unused credits roll over to the next month for Pro, Premium, and Premium Plus plan users. This means you won’t lose your unused credits, and they can accumulate for use in the future. Why is my balance negative?
If you’ve exceeded your available credits while creating a video, you might notice a negative credit balance in your billing dashboard. This happens due to a temporary delayed billing process. Essentially, the video will still be created, even if you don’t have enough credits at that moment. The negative balance will be deducted from your next credit purchase when your credits are replenished at the beginning of your next billing cycle or after a top-up. Rest assured, there are no extra charges, and your balance will be automatically adjusted once your new credits are added.
