Delayed Billing

We strive to provide a seamless experience for all our users. However, due to the complexities of our billing and processing systems, there may be occasional delays in updating your account after you've used all of your credits.

If you exceed your available credits while generating a video, you may notice a negative credit balance in your billing dashboard. This is a temporary situation that occurs when a user continues to create videos even after their credits have been used up.

What Does This Mean for You?

Don’t worry—this negative balance will not result in additional charges. The negative balance will be automatically adjusted and cleared when your next batch of credits is added, either through the monthly credit replenishment or a top-up purchase.

Essentially, the excess usage will be deducted from your next credit purchase, and your account will return to a positive balance.

This system allows you to continue creating videos without interruption, even if you don't have enough credits at the moment, and ensures that everything balances out once your credits are replenished.

If you have any concerns regarding the negative balance or experience issues with billing, our support team is here to assist you every step of the way. Simply reach out via the Help section in the app, and we’ll resolve the situation promptly.
